Because all products from us had passed a strict inspections of the factories, we cannot accept any exchanges or returns of scissors.

We can accept the remittance in "Sterling Pound" or "Japanese Yen."
(The bank info. will be sent to you when you order scissors.)

Stg. Pound :The original total amount in Japanese Yen will be converted to Stg. Pound by the exchange rate from our bank in Japan.

JPN Yen :Extra JPY 5,000 as the bank charge will be added to the total of your purchase.

Shipment will be arranged after the receipt of your remittance.
We will use the Japanese postal service to send scissors to you.
